Design & DFM Analysis: Our engineers collaborate on 3D design, focusing on the collapsible mechanism’s durability, wall thickness, and ergonomics, followed by a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review.

Precision Mold Fabrication: High-quality mold steel is machined using CNC and EDM technologies to create a precise, multi-cavity mold that forms the bowl’s shape, texture, and collapsible features.

LSR Injection Molding: Liquid Silicone Rubber is injected into the heated mold under controlled pressure and temperature, forming a seamless, flexible, and durable bowl in a single, automated cycle.

Post-Curing & Deflashing: The molded bowls undergo a post-curing process to enhance physical properties. Any minor excess material (flash) is carefully removed.
